If Tower Systems did not supply your new computer, you will need to purchase this service so that we can remotely set it up to our specifications, install Retailer, and ensure that it can communicate with your server. 

The installation must be scheduled between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Melbourne time), and is strictly subject to availability.

We will also:

  • Install standard peripherals such as receipt printers, A4 printers, scanners, touch screens, label printers and customer displays.
  • Install Tyro and Linkly Cloud EFTPOS integrations.

What we will not do:

  • Install email or copy over emails. 
  • Install non-AVG antivirus or internet security software.
  • Install accounting software.
  • Install Office software or documents.

Please ensure you have all peripherals ready, relevant license keys, and usernames and passwords available to make the most of your installation time (up to 1 hour allocated). Also, please be aware that you are responsible for backing up any non-Retailer based data, such as Word or PDF documents, before our call.
