We take your existing Tower Systems Retailer POS data and rebuild the structure properly, with clean departments, meaningful categories, and every product in the right place.
The result is a POS setup that is easier for staff to use, easier to report from, and far more useful when making stock and sales decisions.
What’s included:
We will conduct an AI assisted full review of your current product database and create a proposed department and category structure.
We will then provide you with a spreadsheet showing the proposed structure for your review and approval.
You can approve the structure as supplied, or let us know what changes you would like made before anything is updated.
What’s not included:
Accounting data
Once the department and category structure is changed, you may need to manually update your accounting link setup. We can help guide you through this, but we cannot perform the accounting setup changes ourselves.
Website menus
Changing your department and category structure may also affect any website menu links that point to those departments or categories.
We will work with you to help identify what may need to be updated. However, if you would like us to complete website menu changes for you, this will require additional quoted work.
