Up to 4 hours to extract Stock and Customer data from your existing POS System and import into your new Retailer system.
Stock we will attempt to extract:
- Barcode
- Description
- Extended & Web Description (format depending)
- Cost Price
- Retail Price
- Trade Price
- Tax Rate
- Department & Category
- Supplier Names
- Supplier stock Codes
- Quantity on hand
- Reorder levels
- PLU
- Images (provided that are exported and named with with either the barcode or the supplier's stock code number)
Please note that standard data conversion does not convert and link together variant items. EG items that come are in colours or sizes. This can be completed in a quoted advanced data conversion package.
Customer we will attempt to extract includes
- Names
- Addresses
- Balances
- Phone numbers
- email
- Notes
With customer conversions we do not convert customer transaction histories. We simply enter in an opening balance.
