Retailer on New PC Setup & Configuration - POS Computer (Customer Supplied)

Setup and Configure Retailer on a non-tower supplied new PC (max 60 Mins)

This will be scheduled between 9 am and 3 pm Monday to Friday (Melbourne Time) and will be strictly subject to availability.

We will set up your new computer remotely to our specification and install Retailer and have it connected correctly to your data.

We will also:

  • install standard peripherals such as Receipt printers, scanners, touch screens, label printers and Customer displays.
  • Install Tyro (Not PCEftpos)
  • Ensure EziPass is installed and configured, if applicable
  • Install and configure AVG if owned and license keys or logins are available.   

What we will not do:

  • Install Email and copy over emails. 
  • Install non-AVG antivirus or internet security software
  • Accounting Software
  • Office Software or Documents

Please ensure that you have handy any installation disks, appropriate license keys and any user names and passwords to ensure we make the best use of your time. Please note you are responsible to backup any Non Retailer based data such as Word or PDF documents prior to our call.
