Installation of Retailer software included in price for supported Tower Systems Customers.
We will also:
- Install standard peripherals such as receipt printers, A4 printers, scanners, touch screens, label printers and customer displays.
- Install Tyro and Linkly Cloud EFTPOS integrations.
What we will not do:
- Install email or copy over emails.
- Install antivirus or internet security software.
- Install accounting software.
- Install Office software or documents.
Please ensure you have all peripherals ready, relevant license keys, and usernames and passwords available to make the most of your installation time.
Please note that installation MUST be booked in by contacting our bookings department on bookings@towersystems.com.au or on 03 9524 8000. Your installation will not proceed until an appointment has been booked. Your appointment time will be between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday (AEST). We need to book this work in to ensure we have appropriate help desk resources available to help with support call traffic.
